Overview

We are looking for a product manager with a background in machine learning, data and analytics for one of the hottest products at UiPath. As a Product manager on the Task Mining product, you will define the vision for core capabilities in the task discovery space. You will be responsible for the end to end ownership of your areas from defining strategy, building a product roadmap, writing specifications, and ensuring a timely and high quality delivery.  You will work closely with engineering, data science, UI/UX, marketing, sales and presales to build a product that customers love. You will evangelizing the Task Mining product and represent UiPath publicly when working with customers, partners, and analysts.

What you’ll do at UiPath

    • Strategy: Define a strategy and vision for your areas in the Task Mining space on detailed analysis of customer needs and industry trends.
    • Roadmap: Build a near and long term product roadmap. Validate with key customers and stakeholders.
    • Product specifications: Work with design teams to build user experiences and define specifications for your features.
    • Develop features: Work closely with engineering team to drive the execution and delivery of features and products. Mitigate any risks and ensure dependencies are handled appropriately. Test features and ensure they are of highest quality.
    • ML research: Collaborate with the data science team to prioritize and define experiments that will lead us to the next breakthrough.
    • Evangelize product: Articulate and share our vision at conferences and with strategic customers and partners. Create relevant collateral including presentations, whitepapers and documents to demonstrate value.
    • Collaborate: Develop relationships with customers in order to determine key use cases and product capabilities. Work with product marketing and sales leaders on go to market plans for new features and products.
    • Market Intelligence: Be the expert on the competition and how to beat them.

What you’ll bring to the team

    • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering
    • 5+ years of experience in the software industry either in a development or product management capacity
    • Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams across the organization including engineering, marketing, UX
    • Ability to effectively communicate to stakeholders at all levels of the organization—from the end user (technical buyer) to the decision maker (economic buyer)—with excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.

Voor de UWV internetorganisatie met ruim 500 medewerkers zijn wij op zoek naar een Productontwikkelaar. De internetorganisatie maakt onderdeel uit van de divisie Klant & Service. In deze functie werk je in de volle breedte mee aan een betere, snellere en transparantere dienstverlening. Deze vacature speelt binnen het Ontwikkeling & Ontwerp team. Ontwikkeling & Ontwerp is verantwoordelijk voor alle ontwikkel- en ontwerpvraagstukken. Product owner Livechat bij Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland (RVO)

Jij bent dé schakel tussen ondernemers en de Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland in de functie van Product Owner Livechat. Een functie met veel vrijheid, verantwoordelijkheid, met als doel om maximale klanttevredenheid te realiseren. Gaat jouw hart hier sneller van kloppen?

Sinds maart 2020 werkt RVO met een Livechat. Als Product Owner van deze livechat vertegenwoordig jij zowel onze klant -de ondernemer- als interne stakeholders. Of je nu meteen na je opleiding bij ons wilt starten of al meer ervaring in het bedrijfsleven of de ICT hebt, je begint sowieso met een uitgebreid programma van 6 maanden interne en on-the-job training. Daarna kun je met voldoende kennis van zaken zelfstandig werken in de praktijk van onze klanten. Je inventariseert wat de klant nodig heeft, implementeert de juiste modules zodat processen optimaal gaan lopen. Dit gaat heel ver, want onze ERP-software heeft invloed op zo’n beetje alle processen. Je ondersteunt de hele supply chain van de klant en optimaliseert alle processen van planning, inkoop, productie, goederenopslag en -distributie tot en met de facturatie. Samen met technische collega’s ondersteun je bij koppelen van weegschalen bij goederenontvangst en in de productie van bereidingsinstallaties, sensoren, verpakkingsmachines, etikettering met barcodes en logistieke opslagsystemen. En dat alles precies volgens de wensen van de klant, zowel wat betreft inhoud als de toepassing van huisstijl op etiketten en facturen.

Kortom: die interne opleiding krijg je niet voor niks. Je concrete taken omvatten:

  • analyseren van bedrijfsprocessen en identificeren van verbeterpunten;
  • configureren van branche-specifieke ERP-systemen toegesneden op de klant;
  • documenteren van de configuratie en opstellen van gebruiksinstructies;
  • trainen en ondersteunen van gebruikers in samenwerking met de helpdesk.

Ondernemend, leergierig en zelfstandig

Zoals gezegd leiden wij je zelf op, maar als basis is een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding toch wel onmisbaar. De materie is complex en nieuwe collega’s vinden onze opleiding best pittig. Bovendien overleg je als consultant op hoog (abstractie)niveau in de organisatie van de klant. Het is overigens ook mogelijk om met meerjarige ervaring vanuit een andere functie in te stromen. Maar dan moet je wél aantoonbare affiniteit hebben met processen en procesautomatisering in een productie-omgeving of Retail. En dan liefst in de foodsector. Andere kwaliteiten en eigenschappen:

  • achtergrond in Business IT, Logistiek, Bedrijfskunde, Kwaliteitsmanagement of Procesautomatisering;
