Bij Odido zijn wij continu onze financiële processen aan het verbeteren. We voegen daarom steeds nieuwe capabilities toe aan ons financiële (SAP) landschap. We zijn daarom nu op zoek naar een tweede IT Product Owner Finance.

Dit ga je doen

Als (Senior) IT Product Owner Finance ben jij eigenaar van de belangrijkste financiële rapportage applicaties. Je definieert de visie en roadmap om tot een geïntegreerde en geconsolideerde financiële rapportage landschap te komen. Je stemt hiervoor af met stakeholders binnen de finance organisatie, maar verwerkt ook input van onze auditors en veranderende regelgeving binnen de markt. Daarnaast moet je proactief handelen om de veranderende technologische en commerciële omgeving van Odido goed te vertalen in wijzigingen in jouw systemen. Jij legt dit alles vast in een productvisie en weet dit uiteindelijk concreet om te zetten in een product backlog. Hierbij zorg je ervoor dat jouw stakeholders organisatie breed consensus bereiken over de prioriteiten. Je werkt samen met (project)teams van de externe leverancier(s), en zorgt ervoor dat zij perfect begrijpen wat er moet gebeuren en weet hen aan te sturen tot resultaat.

Er zijn verschillende facetten welke binnen jouw rol vallen. Hierbij kan je denken aan Business en Process Analysis, Solution Design, Product & System Ownership en Incident/response/test Management:

  • Het identificeren van zakelijke behoeften en het bepalen van oplossingen voor zakelijke problemen.
  • Het uitvoeren van een grondige beoordeling en het bereiken van een volledig begrip van een bedrijfsproces (of een deel daarvan), met als doel het behouden of bereiken van procesexcellentie, of het bereiken van stapsgewijze tot transformationele verbeteringen in een bedrijfsproces.
  • Het definiëren van hoe een systeem of applicatie zal voldoen aan de vereisten en doelstellingen van een bedrijfsprobleem. Het omvat het toepassen van verschillende principes en patronen om ervoor te zorgen dat de oplossing schaalbaar, betrouwbaar, veilig, onderhoudbaar en afgestemd op de bedrijfsdoelen is.
  • Ontwikkel een visie op hoe het product zou moeten functioneren, definieer specifieke productkenmerken en verdeel deze kenmerken in product backlog-items waar het Scrum-team aan kan werken
  • Identificeer en corrigeer problemen terwijl de normale service behouden blijft en de impact op het bedrijf tot een minimum wordt beperkt
  • Het nauwlettend beheren en monitoren van het testen van applicaties om ervoor te zorgen dat de middelen worden gericht op risicovolle of belangrijke gebieden van de software-/applicatielogica

  • Opzetten en uitvoeren van ICS-controles
  • Identificeer, registreer en classificeer het incident
  • Diagnose, oplossen en afsluiten van het incident
  • Ontwikkel een set testgevallen op basis van de specificatie
  • Uitvoeren van testen en resultaten beoordelen
  • Bewaakt IFRS (15 en 16) compliance van de applicaties en veranderingen
  • Coördineren en valideren van testen zoals: Integratietesten (ITT), Gebruikersacceptatietesten (UAT), E2E-testen, Testen van een eenheid

Wij zoeken een (senior) IT Product Owner met een sterke financiële achtergrond, met ervaring in financiële en/of accounting functies/rollen. Je begrijpt wat onze finance afdeling aan financieel inzicht nodig heeft om onze organisatie te kunnen sturen. Je weet met jouw persoonlijkheid en overtuigingskracht dit samen met leveranciers om te zetten tot resultaten. Je hebt een agile mindset en begrijpt als geen ander dat finance in een telecommunicatiebedrijf betekent dat je stakeholders veeleisend zijn en ervoor zorgen dat alles constant in beweging is.

Verder heb je kennis en ervaring met verandertrajecten en weet je weerstand om te buigen naar passende oplossingen. Je weet via verschillende communicatiekanalen complexe informatie makkelijk uit te leggen.

Daarnaast is het belangrijk dat jij:

  • HBO/WO denk- en werkniveau van minimaal 3-5 jaar werkervaring;
  • Ervaring in een rol als product owner, waarbij je ervaring hebt in het aansturen van geografisch verspreide teams van derde partijen;
  • SQL kunnen lezen en schrijven, hier test je mee;
  • Goed bent in het managen van een breed spectrum aan verschillende stakeholders en het vinden van de win-win in tegengestelde belangen;
  • Een affiniteit en begrip met je meebrengt van financiële processen binnen een grote organisatie zoals Odido.
  • Kennis van de verschillende IFRS vormen met name IFRS15 en IFRS16 is een must.
  • Functionele/technische kennis hebt van SAP, zoals SAP Central Finance, FiCo of SAP Analytics Cloud
  • Minimaal C1 Nederlands en een zeer goede beheersing van de Engelse taal.

Daarvoor krijg jij op basis van een 38-urige werkweek:

  • een salaris van € 3.298 tot € 5.333 bruto per maand.
  • op basis van een fulltime werkweek een Individueel Keuze Budget (IKB) van 18% van je brutojaarsalaris, dit is inclusief ADV. Werk je niet fulltime, dan heb je geen recht op ADV en krijg jij 12,8 IKB budget%. Jij bepaalt of je die voor onder andere extra vrije dagen of extra salaris gebruikt.

System Operations Analyst

With your keen eye, you will contribute to the transition to sustainable energy. The energy transition is in full swing and system safety in this area must follow suit. In fact, thinking out of the box and continuing to learn is a must in this fast-moving field.

Your energy
As an System Operations Analyst, you guarantee the safety of the energy network by adjusting an automated process. By executing your job well and anticipating flexible on customers’ needs you take care of congestion management; you make sure ‘the net’ stays up and running, electricity is divided fair and more and more companies are able to join the net. You do this with a growing, young, international, highly educated team of professionals.

In the operations team, you actively monitor the power grid in a highly automated environment, currently for the medium voltage grid, in future also the low voltage grid. When something happens that threatens grid safety, you signalize, anticipate and intervene. On a daily base there are loads of notifications that need to be understood (related to smart products, regular checks and/or customer contracts). Each day the vary in number, type and urgency. You understand how products are related to different teams and make them work on those products, based on your ‘real time’ observations and experiences. Together with developers and experts, you look at the exceptions and conditions to guarantee grid safety.

Odido is on the hunt for a seasoned Windows Engineer to join our Windows team within Cloud & Infrastructure Solutions. In this specialized role, technical know-how, effective communication, and a strong passion for Windows are paramount.

(Senior) Windows Server Technical Service Manager

The EIB, the European Union’s bank, is seeking to recruit for its Group Corporate Services Directorate – Group Digital Office (GCS-GDO) – Platforms & Services Department (P&S) – Infrastructure Services Division (IS) – Infrastructure Platforms Unit (IP) at its at its headquarters in Luxembourg a (Senior) Windows Server Technical Service Manager*.

Purpose

Would you like to have an impact on shaping future of Windows Servers environment for the EU Climate Bank? In this role you will manage the technology roadmap, design and delivery of projects and daily operations within the following scope: Windows Operating Systems Servers, System Center Operations Manager (SCOM), Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and Active Directory.

Operating Network

You will report to the Head of Unit and responsible for providing technical expertise and project leadership for Windows Server Operating Systems.

What will you do?

  • Coordinate a team of consultants for Windows daily operations and projects implementation
  • Maintain Windows Servers Services, manage patching campaigns and upgrades to ensure compliance
  • Assess impact of releases, features, or changes on the IT environment
  • Drive problems and incident resolution
  • Collaborate closely with the IT Security Unit, keeping up-to-date on key vulnerabilities, risks and audit findings
  • Coordinate and execute Windows Services disaster recovery, business continuity requirements and capacity plans
  • Drive transitions of Windows Servers to cloud
  • Leverage technology to automate manual tasks and seek to improve efficiency
  • Actively propose ideas of improvement and optimisation and then tracking their development and implementation
  • Ensure engineering best practices through agile development, automations, and robust monitoring
  • Ensure that projects and processes are managed properly and that solutions are designed and implemented in line with internal policies, procedures and that best practice, security recommendations and industry standards are respected
  • Lead technology roadmap, design, and implementation for Windows Operating Systems Servers, SCOM, MECM in a context of fast automation and digitalization of EIB activities to deliver the best in class and secure Windows Server technologies
  • Be responsible for framework contract management related to Windows scope in collaboration with the Head of Unit, evaluate the contractor performance

Qualifications

  • University degree (minimum an equivalent to a Bachelor) preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines

About the job

As a Cloud Technical Lead for the SAS Cloud team in SAS’s Cloud and Information Services (CIS) division, you will be responsible for all aspects of our hosted and remote managed SAS application environments. As a Cloud Technical Lead, you will:
