In a typical day as a Cloud Services Presales Enterprise Architect, you would:

  • Position yourself as a trusted advisor to HPE’s clients, and partner with them to understand their requirements for cloud implementations.

Your profile:

  • 5+ years of experience working with a top-tier systems vendor or customer, either in cloud architecture, sales engineering, or a solutions architect role
  • 8+ years of experience as sales or systems engineer, including building and implementing virtualization and cloud computing solutions
  • Expertise in virtualization, ITSM, CI/CD, configuration management and other automation technologies
  • Strong understanding of Service management
  • Master of Enterprise Architect Frameworks (like TOGAF)
  • Understanding of core compute, storage, and networking topology and devices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable giving presentations and speaking in front of an audience
  • Strong Presales/pursuit background with experience developing new business opportunities (preferably at the CxO level)

We are currently looking for HPC Technology Consultant to join our organization. This is a High Performance Computing (HPC) specialized position that offers in-depth exposure to Linux, High Speed Networks and Parallel filesystems.

The role holder will be part of a team responsible for performing hardware and software delivery of new customer solutions, upgrades to existing deployments and in additional L3 escalation solution support for critical HPC issues.

• Provides L3 technical support for escalations related to HPC customers.

• Works closely with HPC Sales and Pre- Sales groups on future project activities in a technical advisory role.

• Willingness to learn new technologies and collaborate within the team on knowledge transfer initiatives.

About You:

• Educated to degree level, or equivalent, in a computer science or related discipline.

• An in-depth working knowledge of Linux, with 5+ years of Linux/UNIX deployment, configuration and troubleshooting experience and at least 3 years of HPC experience are required.

• The ability to perform hardware repairs on large scale compute and storage components are mandatory requirements, Industry standard server hardware deployment, configuration and troubleshooting

• Networking experience (Ethernet, TCP/IP,  InfiniBand, Omnipath, etc) deployment, configuration and troubleshooting

• Storage hardware (RAID) deployment, configuration and troubleshooting

• Cluster file system knowledge would be advantageous (Lustre, GPFS)

• HPC Cluster Management knowledge would be advantageous

• HPC job scheduler knowledge would be advantageous (PBS, Slurm etc.)

• Scripting ability advantageous

• Previous experience in customer facing roles.

• Technical Account Management / Escalation Management Skills

• Willingness to travel at short notice across EMEA to complete delivery / escalation tasks.

Senior Solution Architect

We are looking for an experienced Senior Solution Architect, who is excited to be one of the first people in the EMEA region to build modern Hybrid Cloud solutions and shape the future of the product. In the Nutanix Solution Team, we will be working with the most challenging customers, creating Nutanix documentation artifacts (Reference Architectures, Best Practices Guides, Nutanix Validated Design), and working with PM\ENG on the product roadmap.

Your role

  • Take technical leadership in architecting, designing, documenting, and building Hybrid Cloud solutions based on the Nutanix Cloud Platform

  • Meteen aan de slag

Wat je tijdens je traineeship leert pas je meteen toe in de praktijk. Je loopt stage op de supportafdeling van Visma Software of bij een van onze partners. Als je wat verder bent in de opleiding loop je ook mee met ervaren consultants totdat je zelfstandig consultancy kan doen. Tijdens het traineeship word je niet meteen je in het diepe gegooid, maar gekoppeld aan een coach die je begeleidt naar zelfstandig werken.

Wij zijn ambitieus en werken hard. Verbinding en elkaar beter leren kennen vinden wij net zo belangrijk. En na het al het harde werken moet je af en toe ook weer opladen. Dat begrijpen wij, daarom hebben wij voldoende fun-momenten ingebouwd gedurende het traineeship.

Benieuwd wat jij gaat doen als beheerder hostingomgeving?
Samen met je collega’s ben je operationeel verantwoordelijk voor het goed functioneren van onze hostingomgeving. Je beheert de virtuele servers in ons datacenter en onderhoudt de infrastructuur van ons interne netwerk en de hostingomgeving. Ook ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten en opleveren van nieuwe klantomgevingen.

Je ondersteunt onze hostingklanten met verschillende applicaties in ons datacenter en assisteert de eindgebruikers bij de installatie van nieuwe versies en updates. Je verzorgt remote systeembeheer voor onze klanten.

Premium Support Engineer

Customer Solution Centers are made up of teams that provide remote (offsite) service; customer access, pre-sales, post-sales, and service delivery. Technical teams focus is to solve various business systems and applications problems for customers, onsite engineering personnel and Authorized Service Providers on standard, specialized or complex systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Successfully resolve technical issues (hardware and software) from incoming internal or external businesses and end user’s contacts and proactive notification systems.
  • Respond to service, product, technical, and customer- relations questions on subjects such as features, specifications, and repairs on current and discontinued products, parts, and options, based on customer entitlement (warranty through mission- critical). .
  • Proactively assist internal or external businesses and end users to avoid or reduce problem occurrence.
  • Ability to act as a mentor and guide other employees. Ability to provide direction and guidance to process improvements.
  • Ability to articulate clearly, recommend and explain resolutions /clients.
  • Understand and utilize ITIL.
  • Represent the company in a face to face customer location visit, industry conference/trade show, vendor meeting, etc.

Education and Experience Required:

  • First Level University degree: a) technical, b) non-technical (i.e., Bachelor of Arts/ Science). Typically 3-4 year completion beyond High School level, BA/BS or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years experience in relevant technologies and customer environments.
  • Relevant industry qualification where applicable.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in language to be supported.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills in a technical environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Advanced Software and hardware knowledge of computing, storage and peripheral devices.
  • Specific knowledge and training with the company’s products. Knowledge of multiple product lines (for example, proactive, reactive, storage, enterprise systems, tier 2 or 3 support, etc.).
  • Advanced proficiency with case management databases and tools.
  • Superior customer service skills.
  • Phone and remote support experience. E-support experience, knowledge and resolution ability.
  • Ability to solve and document solutions for usage of other technicians and customers.
  • Ability to mentor new agents.
  • Ability train peers on solutions.
  • Ability to take full ownership for resolution with escalated customers.
  • Ability to lead technical action plans.
  • Lead or provide expertise to teams or projects.
  • Highly Developed knowledge of more complex solutions.
