Coinmerce is registered as a crypto broker with De Nederlandsche Bank, and has clients in more than 10 European countries. In the near future we will develop new financial products and launch our platform in even more countries.

What you have:

– Minimum of 4 years’ experience developing large scale web applications
– Experience with PHP and Laravel Framework
– Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
– Experience with Front-end Framework VueJS
– Experience with Test Driven Development
– Experience with Domain Driven Design
– You are creative in finding solutions to programming challenges
– Demonstrable knowledge in the substantive area of development is therefore a hard requirement, but a smooth chat and organizational talent are just as important
– You have the ability to learn from other developers and to pass your knowledge to your colleagues.
– You are able to function in a team where teamwork is one of the core values
– You have analytical skills and are able to come up with solutions yourself

Nice to haves:

Samen met het development team ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de continue verbetering van onze (interne en externe) webapplicaties. Deze zijn van cruciaal belang voor de productiviteit van zowel True zelf als onze klanten. Dankzij jouw werk weten jouw collega’s en klanten altijd wat de status is van onze dienstverlening. Als ervaren developer pak jij meteen in de praktijk behapbare stukken werk op. Op termijn ben jij ook verantwoordelijk voor de meer complexere stories en escalaties inclusief root cause analysis.

Hoe wij werken

Je bent als developer bekend met de principes van software ontwikkeling (OOP, TDD, SOLID) en hebt bij eerdere werkgevers al de nodige regels geschreven. Je werkt graag samen in een scrum team en hebt een proactieve houding zowel in het oppakken en verdelen van taken als het leren van nieuwe technieken. Je bent in staat om werk te coordineren en te prioriteren, zowel voor jezelf als eventueel voor je teamgenoten. Je denkt graag mee over verbeteringen op het gebied van automatisering, interne tooling, technische designs en architectuur. Wij doen aan professionele software ontwikkeling binnen een professioneel team. Wij werken met PHP, Angular, Typescript, microservices, REST API’s, distributed computing en message queues en deployen met tools zoals Gitlab, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes. Versie beheer en versie control doen we met tools zoals Git.

Van een senior verwachten wij:

Goede coding skills (PHP, Javascript en/of Typescript) Kennis van (microservice) architectuur en gangbare programmeer methoden Kennis van web technologie (REST, SOAP, Docker, Git) Interesse in Ansible, Kubernetes, Angular
